Merchandise must be received back in the store within 7 business days from the date on the receipt. All items must be returned in a secure, insured packaged. Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Tags must still be attached. Please do not send items back with odors, pet hair or stains as they are unsaleable and will be rejected for exchange or store credit. Items purchased through the first exchange are always final sale. Unfortunately our system does not allow us to process an exchange/return on top of an exchange.
