Shipping & Returns
Regular priced merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for exchange, store credit or gift card within 7 business days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 7 business days from the date on the receipt. All items must be returned in a secure, insured packaged. Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Tags must still be attached. Please do not send items back with odors, pet hair or stains as they are unsaleable and will be rejected for exchange or store credit.
Please send back to 125 S. Main Street North East, MD 21901 with a TRACKING NUMBER. All returns sent by mail must be emailed their tracking number or we will not accept the return.
If tags are not attached- we will not be able to accept the return.
All sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, swimwear and intimates are FINAL SALE.
When sending footwear, please do not use the original shoe box to ship footwear. Footwear and shoe box must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postage labels.
When sending items back to us, a tracking number is recommended as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit. Once we receive your merchandise, a store credit/gift card will be issued within 3 business days.
Please include your invoice or a print out of your receipt to receive credit for the full amount you paid for the merchandise. You will be issued a store credit on a gift card for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once you receive a tracking number for your package, it is no longer in the hands of Stevie Lynn's Bowtique. If you have any issues with receiving your package, please contact USPS.
